Sutro

Sutro is a drop in system that monitors the chemical quality of your pool or spa. Put simply, it is about connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. They also list Hardware, Internet of Things, Smart Home and Water, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sutro is based in San Francisco, California. More on mysutro.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Sutro, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
