Sureview Systems

Sureview Systems is a global company focused on delivering the best security monitoring software. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Physical Security and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sureview Systems is based in Tampa, Florida and founded in 2001. More on sureviewsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Sureview Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
