Surevelox

Surevelox is a Microsoft consulting company that offers cloud computing and software services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Surevelox is based in Bartlett, Illinois. Their site is surevelox.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Surevelox, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
