SurePeople

SurePeople is a computer software company providing hiring solutions. Put simply, it is about keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM, Robotics and Virtual Reality. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SurePeople is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is surepeople.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SurePeople, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
