Superside

Superside is an always-on design company that delivers great design at scale to Enterprise teams. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Related areas on their profile: Artificial Intelligence (AI), CRM, Freelance, Graphic Design and Web Design. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Superside is based in Palo Alto, California and founded in 2015. Their site is superside.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Superside, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
