Sungate Solutions

Sungate Solutions is an owner-operated consulting company. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sungate Solutions is based in South Elgin, Illinois and around since 2002. Their site is sungate-solutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Sungate Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
