Summit Technology Group

Summit Technology Group offers software and engineering solutions for the broadcast industry. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Broadcasting and Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Summit Technology Group is based in Keego Harbor, Michigan. More on summittechgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
