Sumeru India

Sumeru is a IT firm that engages in digital marketing, services and IT consulting. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advertising, Consulting and Information Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Sumeru India is based in Los Angeles, California and around since 2002. More on sumeru.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
