The most comprehensive operational system for the short-term rental & hospitality industry. That is the short version of SuiteOp. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. They also list Hospitality and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
