Submittal Exchange

Submittal Exchange offers an online system that assists businesses to communicate and exchange construction submittals. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. Alongside the main category they mention Project Management. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Submittal Exchange is based in Des Moines, Iowa and around since 2003. You can read more at submittalexchange.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Submittal Exchange well, your review carries weight here.
