Sublime Works

Sublime Works offers niche IT solutions, specializing in custom application development and project management. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. Alongside the main category they mention Project Management and Quality Assurance. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sublime Works is based in San Francisco, California. More on sublimeworks.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
