STX Beacon

STX Beacon is a work os and collaboration product. STX provides salon, spa, and fitness management and marketing software for Mac desktop computers and Apple and Android. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

STX Beacon is based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and founded in 1981. Their site is stxsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used STX Beacon? Rate it.
