Striglos

Striglos provides computers, printers, copy machines, print management, office furniture and supplies with a focus on quality. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Furniture, Hardware and Printing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Striglos is based in Decatur, Illinois and around since 1961. More on striglos.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Striglos, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
