Stream 9

Here is Stream 9 in plain terms. Custom web-based applications, websites and mobile apps. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Stream 9 is based in Cleveland, Ohio. More on stream9.net.
