Stratus10

Stratus10 is an AWS Advanced Consulting partner helping companies migrate and manage their infrastructure on the AWS cloud. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Cloud Storage and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Stratus10 is based in San Diego, California and around since 2017. Their site is stratus10.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
