STG Logistics

STG Logistics is a asset-light provider of complex and highly customized logistics and transportation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Freight Service, Logistics and Transportation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

STG Logistics is based in Downers Grove, Illinois and founded in 2012. Their site is stgusa.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with STG Logistics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
