Stelcom Services

Stelcom Services is a product engineering, software development, and technology services firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Product Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Stelcom Services is based in Fremont, California. You can read more at stelcomservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Stelcom Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
