Steer

Steer is a software development company. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Steer is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. You can read more at steercrm.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
