Starcom Systems

Starcom Systems is a full service business solution provider that offers website design and development, and web hosting services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, Outsourcing and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Starcom Systems is based in Rockville, Maryland and founded in 1999. More on starcomsystems.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Starcom Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
