StarChase

StarChase provides GPS tagging and tracking technology solutions to public safety and government agencies worldwide. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Law Enforcement, Public Safety and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

StarChase is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. You can read more at starchase.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know StarChase well, your review carries weight here.
