Standard Widget

Standard Widget is an innovative technology firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Creative Agency, Product Design and Retail. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Standard Widget is based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can read more at standardwidget.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Standard Widget well, your review carries weight here.
