Stancil

Stancil Founded in 1946 Stancil focuses exclusively on 9-1-1 logging recording solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Stancil is based in Santa Ana, California and founded in 1946. You can read more at stancilcorp.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
