SSATI

SSATI offers cloud computing, big data, software development and system engineering services to federal government and defense agencies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Government. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SSATI is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. More on ssati.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SSATI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
