SRA OSS, Inc.

SRA OSS is an information technology company specializing in digital media and entertainment services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention News, Publishing and Social Media. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

SRA OSS, Inc. is based in Santa Clara, California and around since 2005. You can read more at sraoss.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
