Squishymedia

Squishymedia specializes in the design and development of web applications, mobile apps, system design, analysis and research tools. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Mobile Apps, Project Management, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Squishymedia is based in Portland, Oregon. More on squishymedia.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
