SquaredOut

SquaredOut develops an online event-driven social calendaring service that allows users to broadcast their upcoming events and activities. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Events and Social. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SquaredOut is based in Costa Mesa, California. Their site is squaredout.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SquaredOut well, your review carries weight here.
