SQLBI

SQLBI offers high quality consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SQLBI is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and founded in 2004. You can read more at sqlbi.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SQLBI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
