Spotz

Spotz is a two-sided marketplace for short term space rental of any kind. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. They also list Events, Facility Management and Marketplace, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spotz is based in Middleton, Wisconsin and founded in 2022. More on findspotz.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Spotz well, your review carries weight here.
