Spotlite

Spotlite is a software company that develops cloud-based technology solutions that enables consumer-driven benefits for its clients. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Service Industry. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spotlite is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on spotlite.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
