SpotLink

SpotLink can make your business processes more reliable, secure, effortless and efficient. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SpotLink is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2000. Their site is spotlink.com.
