Spotlight Solutions

Spotlight Solutions, Inc., Cincinnati, OH, provides business optimization software for retailers and apparel manufacturers. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention Apparel, Hardware, Manufacturing and Retail. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Spotlight Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
