SPOT Business Systems

SPOT Business Systems, an independent software vendor (ISV) serving customers in the dry-cleaning industry. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Laundry and Dry-cleaning. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SPOT Business Systems is based in Draper, Utah. Their site is spotpos.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
