SportsForms

SportsForms is a sports software system that provides electronic sending, saving, and signature of team paperwork. The job it does: getting documents signed legally without printing anything.

The natural audience is anyone who sends contracts. Alongside the main category they mention E-Signature. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SportsForms is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can read more at sportsforms.club.

Our checklist for this category: audit trails, templates, and per-envelope pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with SportsForms, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
