Spire

Spire is a learning management product. Cognitive Training Software. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Military and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
