Spiral Universe

Spiral Universe provides enterprise educational software and related services to schools, universities, and other educational institutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Education, Email and Events. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spiral Universe is based in White Plains, New York and around since 2007. You can read more at spiraluniverse.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Spiral Universe, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
