Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc.

Spiral Solutions and Technologiesis a defense & space company providing technology solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. is based in Bellevue, Nebraska. More on ssandtech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
