Spinnaker Technologies

Spinnaker Technologies offers tech consulting in software and network design. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Legal Tech and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spinnaker Technologies is based in Rockville, Maryland. Their site is spinnakertech.com.
