Spin My Planet

Spin My Planet is a photo & software service specially designed for e-commerce and social media to boost sales and enhance products. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, Photo Editing and Photo Sharing. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spin My Planet is based in Los Angeles, California. Their site is spinmyplanet.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
