SpectrumAEC

SpectrumAEC solves construction's productivity dilemma by addressing the human barriers to industry innovation. Put simply, it is about bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. Alongside the main category they mention Architecture and Construction. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SpectrumAEC is based in Denver, Colorado. Their site is spectrumaec.com.

Our checklist for this category: mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
