Spectrosys

Spectrosys is a software development services and IT consulting company providing technology solutions to enterprises worldwide. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting.

Spectrosys is based in Westborough, Massachusetts. You can read more at spectrosys.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
