Speak_

Speak_ is a customizable AI recruitment partner that reviews every resume and helps you find the needle in the haystack. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Generative AI and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Speak_ is based in Boulder, Colorado and around since 2021. More on speak.careers.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Speak_? Rate it.
