Spatial Wave

Spatial Wave is an industry software company specializing in the development and marketing of innovative GIS enabled software products. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Spatial Wave is based in Laguna Hills, California. You can read more at spatialwave.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
