Sparkle Genius

Sparkle Genius offers strategic planning, business intelligence, data warehouse, staff resourcing, and program management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence and Professional Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sparkle Genius is based in Richmond, Virginia and founded in 2015. More on sparklegenius.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Sparkle Genius, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
