Spark Equation

Here is Spark Equation in plain terms. Software Engineering and Strategy Consulting Services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Consulting and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Spark Equation is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at sparkequation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
