Sourcify

Sourcify is a manufacturing platform that directly connects customers with factories overseas. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sourcify is based in San Diego, California and around since 2017. More on sourcify.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
