SourceMaven

SourceMaven is a custom software development company. Serving the Talent Acquisition industry with tools to increase the efficiency and quality of hiring. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SourceMaven is based in Washington, District of Columbia. You can read more at sourcemaven.io.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SourceMaven well, your review carries weight here.
