Sourcechip

Sourcechip is an IT company that provides web services, workflow automation, and ERP solutions for finance and health industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sourcechip is based in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Their site is sourcechip.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
