Source One Solutions

Source One Solutions is a software development company that provides software for the construction industry. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

It makes the most sense for support teams from two people to hundreds. Related areas on their profile: Customer Service and Software Engineering. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Source One Solutions is based in Ellicott City, Maryland. More on src1s.com.
