Solwey Consulting

Solwey Consulting provides software UI/UX design, development, and data science for web, and mobile applications, and e-commerce stores. In practice that means drafting, approving, storing and renewing contracts with alerts before deadlines.

The natural audience is legal, procurement and finance teams. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, E-Commerce, Smart Contracts and Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Solwey Consulting is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2016. You can read more at solwey.com.

Things worth asking about: search across clauses, renewal reminders, and permissions. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
