Softwurks builds desktop software for real estate closings, title rate calculations, and legal document management. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

It makes the most sense for support teams from two people to hundreds. They also list Customer Service and Legal Tech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
